Training, such as workshops, courses, seminars and external visits are widely available and are tailored to the specific needs of individuals in a bid to promote professional development and enhance various skills.

We support talent development by providing staff with education subsidy, encouraging them to engage in lifelong learning which also supports the Company’s business development. All employees enjoy three days of paid leave each year for taking professional examinations

To encourage teams’ problem-solving skills and improve communication across departments, we organize Corporate team-building activities regularly. Our SENSE Staff and Family Boat Part is another well-anticipated event which extends an invitation to staff’s family members to enhance their sense of belonging and promote a healthy work-life balance.

Fun-filled activities, including Departmental Gatherings and Christmas Luncheon, are held to improve the rapport among the staff of all levels. Townhall meetings are held regularly to convey key management message and allow bi-lateral communication.

We place great emphasis on providing support to our staff and maintaining effective communication with them. At SENSE, we enhance staff’s health consciousness and promote work-life balance by a Health Incentive Programme – Steps Challenge, which rewards staff who complete fitness targets.

Internal newsletter is readily available for providing up-to-date activities and development plans across the Group. Staff members are encouraged to share feedback and suggestions on company policies through different channels such as the Executive Luncheon and Employee Satisfaction Survey. Their comments are our key to improve and make the workplace a better place

Nurturing a caring culture
We treat our staff as our family and thus, we are ardent to provide them with a healthy work-life balance. Full-paid maternity and paternity leaves, along with birthday, marriage, examination and bereavement leaves are available as appropriate. To extend our care to the families of staff, employees’ children can earn scholarships through academic and other achievements. Other wellness initiatives such as flexible working hours, medical subsidy for employee’s parents and dependents, as well as festive gifts, are also provided to enable staff to relax and strengthen relationships with their families.
